Please arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE TIME to check in. If you arrive at the boarding gate after the indicated departure time for any reason, we will NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE for another slot. You will need to purchase another ticket.
ELIGIBILITY
All travelers must be at least 120 cm tall AND over 10 years old (8 years for DREAMWORKS DRAGONS FLIGHT ACADEMY). Travelers under the age of 13 must be MANDATORY accompanied by an adult (+18 years old) with a ticket for the same experience.
